The course emphasis  on ways to discover various pathological conditions resulting from malnutrition in early so as to prevent them and work to correct them. The subject of this course is to study different dietary assessment methods using indicators such as human growth, height and weight, and biochemical tests, and clinical examination and physicist. And also explains how to use the quality of the food to determine the special needs of human beings to draw and the planning and implementation of dietary plans and evaluating their results.
